THERE IS NO TRUTH, THERE IS ONLY PERCEPTION.

Truth is unchanging, like the elephant, but how one approaches the truth will change ones perception of it.

SAM 8046 Urunga Antiques & Collectables.

Things are never quite as they seem.  There is always more to the truth of a matter.  We all have our perceptions of the truth and that is dependent upon how we see a situation and the messages it sends to our brains.  There is always two sides to the story and the truth is somewhere in between.

The Antique Shop in the Industrial Area of Urunga is a secret that needs to be spoken about and then it will be a popular place once the shire realizes the secret hiding there.

The story of the six blind men and the elephant.

Each of the blind men stand in front of the elephant and attempt to determine what an elephant looks like by feeling different parts of the elephant's body. The blind man who feels a leg says the elephant is like a pillar; the one who feels the tail says the elephant is like a rope; the one who feels the trunk says the elephant is like a tree branch; the one who feels the ear says the elephant is like a hand fan; the one who feels the belly says the elephant is like a wall; and the one who feels the tusk says the elephant is like a solid pipe.

The king explains to them:

“You are all right. The reason each one of you is telling it differently is because you have all touched a different part of the elephant. The elephant has all of the features you mentioned.”

This is supposed to resolve the conflict, and the story is used to illustrate the principle that truth can be stated in different ways. We feel, however, that this tale is better used to demonstrate how humans are stuck, not in their misunderstanding of what the truth is, but in the way that they approach the truth. If each of these men would have kept their hands moving and continued their search until they were reasonably sure that they had observed the entire elephant, none of them would have given such a silly description. And this is often the way humans approach things, they draw conclusions too quickly before having a whole picture.

Humans are lazy when it comes to searching for the truth and too often stop at the first glance, or in the case of the blind men and the elephant, at first touch. The second mistake that these men make, which is mirrored by humans, is that they do not communicate with one another to find out what the others are discovering. If two findings contradict one another then the search is not over. These men could have communicated with one another and shown the various parts to one another in order for them all to have a better idea of what an elephant actually looks like.

Had these men kept looking, and communicated with one another, all six of them would have had a very good idea of what an elephant actually looks like. Truth is unchanging, like the elephant, but how one approaches the truth will change ones perception of it. The greatest lesson of this tale is not that the truth is unable to be found, on the contrary, the lesson is that the truth is found from an impeccable search and an open communication with others who are searching for the like!

People will hate you, rate you, shake you or break you!

But how strong you stand is what makes you.

Yes they will and for what purpose does this serve. This is my quandary I face daily.  An insatiable quest to find the reason for existence amongst ourselves and our various cultures and the common thread running a marathon through us all.   This is for no selfish reason but to just try to understand why and how humanity got to be so dumb and so blind to reality.

Walking out to master my own fate
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud
Under the bludgeoning of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.

Being responsible for ones self and navigating life with all the smarts you inherited or learned along the way is now well frowned upon in our mad horrid society of which we live amongst.

The majority have given way to thinking the government actually cares about them.  Some politicians even believe they are helping.  I am not crazy but I have come to understand that the conspiracy theory's of which there are many are usually true.  Our government is a suck back government and I cannot respect them.  They will come and lock me up for saying the stuff I say about Julia.  It isn't personal it is political and I am sitting in judgement of them all.

I am not insane.  They are insane.  Who uses that much of our ground water for mining and gets away with this openly.  Our government says this is perfectly legitimate use.  Julia Gillard has to be a freak, as it most certainly isn't alright to use this water and actually, I want this to cease from happening.  I want to go a few rounds with them over this use of sacred waters.  It has to be legally wrong and it should be contested.  I cannot waltz into the Catholic Church and just take a big white candle just cause I want one or think I want one.  It would be handy but guess what?  The candle isn't mine.  But if I took it then is that not exactly the same as the government allowing the mining company to just take the candle cause they can?

“You can no more win a war that you can win an earthquake”

Jeanette Rankin.
0199 Huge Rock formation cental Australia
Mt Conner... evidence of ancient ground shaking events
Victoria experienced and  earthquake near Moe of a 5.5 mag on the richter scale and I hurt my arm as the new moon went gracefully into Gemini.  Cute since Gemini is my sun sign and I must be careful of my arm especially.  I hurt it looking at the ocean for any seismic action east of me.

Mr Adam Pascale is Head of the ES&S Seismology Research Centre in Victoria
“This was a fairly significant earthquake event. The epicenter was 10 kilometres west of Churchill in Victoria, about 120 kilometres south-east of Melbourne. At this stage we’ve measured it as a magnitude of 5.5, which is about the same size as the significant Newcastle earthquake of 1989, which was magnitude 5.6. The difference is that this event didn’t occur in a highly populated area.
Tonight’s earthquake was felt strongly in the surrounding towns of Moe, Traralgon, Trafalgar, Churchill and Warrigal. It was also felt all throughout Melbourne and as far as Bendigo. There are also unconfirmed reports that it was possibly felt as far as Sydney.
At least one smaller aftershock has been recorded and we’ll be expecting aftershocks for some days and possibly weeks to come. We can’t rule out an equivalent or larger event in the sequence. There is no way to predict the magnitude of earthquakes to come.”

IMG 1368.2 Police
A chopper gets about like a Dragon did
With one voice every ancient culture insisted that our world was once a much. different place.  This is a fact that I cannot deny.  I became more interested in Dragon's when my son Jesse David William Baldwin was born under the sign of the Dragon in 1988.

This isn't anything unusual for me to do.  However, I was not ever really satisfied with what I had found.  I decided to trust my instincts then once again and go to a quiet place and try to see what it may have been like.  What I saw was this, I saw that dragons were very possible and that in ancestral times things were not of the scale we see today on the planet.   The place was inhabited with a certain amount of people who were giant in size.  These people are said to be the Nephilim.  https://www.google.com.au/search?q=nephilim+skeletons&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=fEc&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&channel=s&prmd=imvnsfd&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=ldjXT6KgHOeviQel0PGHAw&ved=0CHEQsAQ&biw=1275&bih=652

If you clicked that link you will see the many skeletal remains that have been found which is evidence of this giant race of people.  The statues in Egypt that depict huge men.  I think they are actually life size statues.  I think people were that large and they were the offspring of the Elohim.  In Genesis it talks of this as well.

The Dragon

Perhaps there is no better example of an unexplained mythical thing  than that of the dragon or serpent. This remarkable creature with origins in the prehistoric times has no counterpart in the biological world and yet it was remembered on every habitable continent and persisted across millennia into modern times.  Nothing in nature today will explain the dragons long flowing hair, fiery breath, beard,  it's twin whiskers, its wings or effusive feathers or its global occurrence as twins or its global association with light. 1000's of years after its prehistoric birth the monster still continues to linger in human fantasy, it will not go away!

But ask yourself this simple question;. How did the dragon archetype arise with out provocation and should we not wonder if uniquely  modern prejudices are the primary reason the mystery remains unsolved?

My Religion is very simple, It is kindness. Dalai Lama

I have a thing about Religion doing its thing on the  people.  It is a binding up agent, a farce.  It is a very tight knit in crowd type group.  Religion is very evil.  It has kept humanity from discovering the potential we are meant to be walking this earth plane in.
We are here for such a short time in light of eternity. We could enjoy the heavenly bliss of our mortal lives while we have our mortal lives if we don't listen to the liars on earth.
Live a happy fulfilled life.  If you bless someone with kindness, it keeps an energy going around the world and that energy is love.  Love is the highest vibration there is.

Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

You gotta take some chances, you gotta risk losing it all, you gotta close your eyes and leap because it might be worth the fall.

In my case I am really really glad I made the decision to take a chance and try to save my own life.  I had to over power my assailant who had taken me hostage in the bush at night time.  He was telling me how he was going to kill me.  I was very scared and police finally found him but it did take a number of days and a large police search through the bush west of Kempsey in 1979.

Today we sort the help of Ashley and we asked him to check  up on some details of this past traumatic incident because I continually have really bad nightmares about this stuff..

We are lucky I suppose as the police in the local area are fairly easy to get along with.  There was an incident in my life some thirty years ago and I wanted to find out if the person was dead.  Police were very helpful and now I can rest easier.

“There are no extra pieces in the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill and every piece must fit itself into the big jigsaw puzzle.”— Deepak Chopra

Nothing happens on this earth that is not without purpose.  We are born by the most intelligent design  of perfection of mathematical sequences that have played out over billions of years.

We are at the part where it gets a bit dicey perhaps as the stars and the planets start to line up this year as it was said they would.  Firstly we must see Venus in front of the sun on the 6th June on Montana's 16th birthday.

What a gift the universe has given her to put her planet of love into her house on her 16th birthday.  Personally that was God, or the God of all creation just making sure of the details as creation so often does when you allow it too.

Local Made - Photography workshop.
Sometimes in life there are great people in the world who fully understand that all people don't have much funding behind them at certain times.  It was one of those times yesterday and I am grateful of the Local Made people for making this happen and for bringing the editor of Reverb to Bellingen  to speak to us regarding photographing musical acts and  bands.  Band Photography as it is aptly called.

Yesterday afternoon Montana my daughter and I attended eagerly and  it was great to learn something new about my photography.  I have been chipped many times for taking pics sideways and I have been told this is wrong and to frame up my shots perfectly.  I have taken many cross ways shots I call them but I have binned them all too.  No more folks.  I learned today that this is acceptable and is the way decent photographers use the full scope of their camera and of the angles available.

I am going to employ this technique as soon as possible. Perhaps this weekend at Local Made and the bands that are appearing.

Skip the surgery and fall in love.

"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates." — The Kybalion.

We have had the pleasure of a full moon in Libra this time and its a young moon and it is getting bigger again.  Friday was lovely / Saturday morning in the west was spectacular and last night was amazing.

When the Moon is in Libra, the desire for harmony, tact, justice, relationship with people, balance, impartiality, partnership increase. I was so balanced in my hunt for this shot. I was organised with times equipment and places. I had covered myself with some repellent this time because it was such a special moon.   Indeed we were not disappointed.

This was our gift for ISHTAR / the moon excites me like the sun and in doing so I am very childlike before such entities and I know in my heart that we are beings of light.  We are here on this Earth plane for a season.  There are many seasons in a lifetime of forever.

What a glorious morning for a Friday

"One's ideas must be as broad as Nature if they are to interpret Nature," he answered.
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle from A Study in Scarlet

Color boosted hill image... sometimes it looks like this really
What a glorious morning today has been so far.  I didn't sun-gaze  at the beach today.  I have had too many insect bites recently and so I decided to stay close to home and gaze into the sun.  I need to settle my mind as I do this.  It is funny because you would think this easy.  Well it isn't easy.  It is hard to still your mind for even just five seconds.  I need to close my eyes and see myself that is all I have to do.  Holding that image of myself is the part that isn't easy for me.  I keep trying though because in my heart I am already doing this so it works whether I do it properly or not because I have seen myself do this in my minds eye.
Just staying up on the hill in the morning is different from tangling with the insects further down below.  Sometimes I like the view from here.  I can see the sun sooner.  I can see the sun clearer as well.  Tomorrow I will really be calm and settle and go with an expectant heart always that what you see in your minds eye will manifest into reality.

Humans are beings of light slowed down to a solid form by gravity and magnetism

The only two fundamental forces of nature that human beings can directly experience through their five senses are gravity and light.

The other sensations such as smell, heat, sound and so on detect macroscopic properties of matter, and not its fundamental forces or constituents.

Electricity is deeply linked with light. It is the accelerated movement of electric charge that is responsible for the generation of light

Atomic Theory

A theory of the nature of matter

All matter are composed of minute particles or atoms of a comparatively small number of kinds , all the atoms of the same kind being uniformed in size, weight and other properties. Based on the experimental and theoretical considerations, holding that every atom is composed essentially of a small positively charged comparatively heavy nucleus surrounded by a comparatively large arrangements of electrons.

Schrodinger atom, Thomas hypothesis, Rutherford atom, Bohr atom, Lewis-Langmuir
theory.

In physics, the Faraday effect or Faraday rotation is a Magneto-optical phenomenon, that is, an interaction between light and a magnetic field in a medium. The Faraday effect causes a rotation of the plane of polarization which is linearly proportional to the component of the magnetic field in the direction of propagation.

Discovered by Michael Faraday in 1845, the Faraday effect was the first experimental evidence that light and electromagnetism are related.   Wikipedia Quoted.

No love, no friendship, can cross the path of our destiny without leaving some mark on it forever.

quote by Francois Mauriac

Fishing the river at Dawn

Everyone we meet or come across in our lives are the ones who help shape us as individuals during our journey of life.  If mud is thrown a little bit always sticks they say.  So even bad friendship leaves its mark on us and sometimes this is for a lifetime.

Men fishing with each other at Dawn in Urunga
We are stereotyped into being a particular sort of person and it is difficult to break out of that.  In my opinion the difficulty lies with others though and not ourselves as its the others who want to keep us in the neat box they have placed us.  When we break out of the box things can be messy.  They can also be very exciting and liberating to the spirit.

For today, do something different and break out of the mould that others have you placed in and show them there are many sides to being a human being and that settling for just one is in fact boring.

Sometimes you gotta live like and Indian but at other times you have to fight like a palestinian!

These are very true words... and words of the Luminaries.

Those words reminded me of a biblical story when Jesus was full of righteous anger and he overturned the money changers tables in the temples at Jerusalem.  Apparently, that was cool.

Well these days we are to be meek and mild like sheep but somehow we have to be tough and clever and sneaky to survive this strange world we live in.  Yesterday I heard of a man hurting a woman who was shopping and putting her groceries into her car and the man used a knife and stole her groceries!

I don't know what I would do now given the laws here in this country and if I was faced  with this situation!  The police and courts of Australia are locking up people who defend themselves against this kind of unsolicited violence and the true attackers are getting away with it.  If someone attacked me like this and I could get the knife off them, then I would definatley  use it on them if I could.  However it is deemed that you are then attacking and soyour jailed for this instead of your attacker! HUH can someone tell me what is wrong here! This cannot go on in our country.  How can we defend ourselves?

This traumatizes me no end because I do not feel safe now that I know I cannot physically protect myself legally!  I have to let them stab me or I may go to jail if someone is hurt during my protecting myself.

The world is an awfully mixed up and severely confused place within which  we live  today.  Occupy movements have sprung up all over the planet.  GOOD ... we need to stand together against all of the government greed and ridiculousness of society  and the attitudes of the leaders of the world in general.  Who is behind this?    Who is pushing for life to be this way?  Not me.  I cannot understand what is happening anymore!  I know I am suffereing and so are my children and the families who come along now are going to be serious HAVES and HAVE NOTS!

You can't sweep other people off their feet, if you can't be swept off your own. - Clarence Day

Montana with her Red Velvet cakes

On the hill today I was blessed to have Montana home to stay for 2 nights and she said that she will come and stay more often.  I need to see her at this time in her life and to give her the female wisdom that she needs in life.  The stuff of being a mum.

I love my  daughter so much and I really have been so harassed by bad and unspeakable deeds of others.   I am the one in this relationship though that has to learn wisdom.  I need to Pray.

O God and Heavenly Father,
Grant to us the serenity of mind to accept that which cannot be changed; courage to change that which can be changed, and wisdom to know the one from the other.
Sometimes it would be good if I just said very little.  I need to just let time take the course that it has chosen.  I am grateful of my daughters company just for today.  Today I had a ball cooking Red Velvet patty cakes with her, I got to let her show me just how clever she really is.  She is a good girl.  Some of the stuff that is happening to her isn't fair to her or to me or to our relationship.

So for today we will accept what we can.  I can say thank you.  No one can take that away from me.

Wisdom is the reward you get for a lifetime of listening when you'd have preferred to talk.

Next to temperance, a quiet conscience, a cheerful mind, and active habits, I place early rising as a means of health and happiness. - Flint

Looking out over the back garden at dawn!

Morning is the best of all times in the garden.  The sun is not yet hotSweet vapors rise from the earth.  Night dew clings to the soil and makes plants glisten.  Birds call to one another.  Bees are already at work.        William Longgood

http://www.gardendigest.com/morning.htm

Always I love to get up early and work in the garden before the heat comes about.  Working and seeing the sun rise is a gift that not all see or even appreciate.  Some are literally horrified at the thought that they should rise and see the dawning of the day.

I for one would be lost if I did not arise from my sleep each day to gaze upon the day and all of its beauty and the prospect of what the day will bring.  Each day is a great day here on the hill.  Today I heard from my friends Dean and Leanne at the Gold Coast.  She isn't working at the moment and so it is great to hear all of her family and  her grandchildren are all well.
