All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist when he grows up.

Heart at Hungry Head.

The government cuts funding to the arts because the creative thoughts may come to something and someone may actually work something out.  I think they are concerned if the masses get too clever.

In the mean time I will continue with  my art of photography and finding heart shapes in fun places.
